Not investment advice. Cryptocurrencies are volatile and risky. Exchanges have collapsed (FTX, Celsius, Voyager) — never store more than you can afford to lose. Consider self-custody hardware wallets for long-term holdings.

Our review
Crypto.com is the aggressive consumer brand. Mobile UX is decent, card rewards used to be best-in-class but have been gutted. Repeated operational issues hurt trust. Best for casual users who want the Visa card — not for serious holdings.
Pros
- Visa debit card with crypto cashback rewards
- 250+ coins listed
- DeFi Wallet for self-custody
- Strong mobile app
- Crypto Earn program (reduced from peak but still operational)
Cons
- Card rewards heavily reduced 2022-2024 (now require large CRO stake)
- Customer service ranks among worst in US exchanges
- Repeated incidents of accidental withdrawals (most-publicized: $400M sent to wrong account in 2022)
- Complex fee schedule
- Singapore-based (not US-regulated like Coinbase)
